Great location, easily accessible to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Antonia at the reception. Delicious and light breakfast buffet. Stylish and comfortable rooms. Convenient access to public transport. Lovely neighborhood with beautiful Art Nouveau architecture nearby. Comfy beds and good shower once you figure out the controls.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. The location was perfect, as we were very near the main shopping street and in a calm area of the city. The service and amenities were exceptional, especially the room service and 24-hour reception. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities including a mini-bar and a sitting area, making our stay more comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

I was initially disappointed when I arrived late in the night and was charged an unexpected deposit. the staff quickly resolved the issue and assigned me a new room. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a nice area, with several restaurants nearby. It is particularly close to the city centre, making it easy to get to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and offer views over gardens, providing plenty of sunlight. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is generous, with the option to enjoy it in the garden.
The bathroom might need some improvement, with reports of an old state, broken tiles, and rust on the shower curtains.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the centre of the city and in an attractive area. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice room on the 10th floor with a terrace and a amazing view over the city. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
